Hello Doc,

can venodilators cause Varcose Veins or Telangiectasia in the lower extremity? Because they are reducing the amount of blood going to heart and more blood in Viens.

Ideally not, because you are giving the vasodilators when needed due to vasoconstriction, and secondly, for varicose to develop there needs to be sustained back-pressure developed for example by a venous blockage. Vasodilators do not have such a drastic effect.
